Matthew Pierce is looking forward to continuing his career in industrial design after recently graduating from the University of Bridgeport Shintaro Akatsu School of Design.

Matthews’ passion began in middle school showing an artistic talent for drawing and design. After acceptance at Henry Abbott Technical High School in graphic design, he worked on design projects with local businesses and school projects. There he developed an interest in 2D sketching and computer 3-D design.

After high school, Matthew chose the industrial design program at the University of Bridgeport to continue his passion for designing consumer products, industrial models, and developing expertise in the latest/leading-edge design software.
